Full Job Description Position Overview:

We're seeking House Cleaners who are dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services, maintaining professional standards, and delivering a great experience for every client. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for pay increases based on performance and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail Communicate professionally with clients and team members Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently Report any issues, damages, or schedule changes promptly

Requirements:

High integrity and strong moral character — honesty is essential No history of drug use Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must pass a background check and character reference check Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Cleaning experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person

Pay & Growth:

Starting / training pay: $18.00 per hour Pay increases with skill, consistency, and customer satisfaction Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities
