Not Today Martha is looking to hire a reliable, dependable part-time residential cleaner. Someone who can and enjoys working independently.

Schedule:

20-25 hours per week, must be available between 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Flexible daytime hours

Responsibilities Work independently managing assigned task efficiently. Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Ability to stand and bend for extended periods Ability to lift 25 lbs Valid Driver License Travel to job site in a timely and professional manner Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to handle heavy equipment Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with
