Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests or clients, whether in a hotel, industrial setting, or hospitality venue. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and changing linens. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain cleanliness and appearance. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hospitality standards is a plus. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary. Weekends and holidays are required.
