Part-Time Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper at Embassy Suites by Hilton, you will clean and care for guest suites and public areas. You will make sure our guests have a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay. You will take pride in your work and live the Hilton values every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean Guest Suites:

Change bed linens, make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms.

Restock Supplies:

Replace towels, soaps, shampoo, and other room amenities.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep hallways, elevators, and public spaces neat and tidy.

Inspect and Report:

Check rooms for damage, broken lights, or lost items. Report maintenance issues following company procedures

Provide Great Service:

Smile and greet guests warmly in the hallways. Answer guest questions or find someone who can help.

Follow Safety Rules:

Use cleaning chemicals safely and wear required safety gear. Follow all hotel security and lost-and-found rules.

Qualifications and Skills Experience:

No prior hotel experience is required. We will train you! Previous cleaning or customer service experience is a plus.

Physical Strength:

Able to stand, walk, bend, push a heavy cleaning cart, and lift up to 25 pounds for your entire shift.

Reliability:

Able to show up to work on time and work a flexible schedule

Attitude:

Friendly, positive, and ready to work well with a team.
