Cleaning Associate

SWTHZ is hiring Part-Time Cleaning Associates for our Overland Park, Lenexa and Power & Light studios. We are currently looking to hire for each location . During the application process, you will be asked which studio location you prefer. Required availability includes Friday evenings and weekends.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Cleaning Associate plays an important role in the guest experience by ensuring every private suite is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, restocked, and ready for the next guest. This is a fast-paced cleaning role. Cleaning Associates regularly turn over private suites between appointments, typically within a 5-10 minute window , while maintaining SWTHZ cleanliness and sanitation standards. This position is ideal for someone who works with urgency, stays organized, notices small details, and takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete fast-paced private suite turnovers between guest appointments, typically within 5-10 minutes Clean and sanitize showers, saunas, and surrounding suite surfaces Skim cold plunge water and ensure plunge areas are free of hair, lint, and visible debris Wipe and sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout each suite Empty trash and replace liners as needed Restock towels and other suite supplies to ensure each room is fully guest-ready Assist with studio laundry, including loading washers and dryers, folding towels, and restocking. Keep cold compresses and other studio supplies stocked and organized Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms Follow studio cleaning checklists and sanitation standards Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision Notify management of maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or supply needs

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing cleanliness Comfortable performing repeated physical cleaning tasks throughout a shift Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment Must be available Friday evenings and weekends Availability to work approximately 16-24 hours per week Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or similar experience
