Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of various surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures adhering to health standards and safety guidelines. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools effectively to maximize efficiency and safety. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for residential clients. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper technique to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated periods while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or outdoor work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, floor cleaning methods, and sanitation practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities. Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
