Hospitality Aide - Day & Afternoon Shifts Available Calvert City Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and selfmotivated individual who enjoys working with the elderly and contributing to a positive, supportive environment. Our Hospitality Aides play an important role in enhancing residents' daily experiences by providing nonclinical support, assisting with activities, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming community. Position Overview Hospitality Aides support residents and staff by performing routine housekeeping tasks, replenishing supplies, transporting items for cleaning or meal service, and assisting with family visits and daily activities. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, energetic, and eager to make a meaningful impact. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age Strong communication skills with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers Ability to follow HIPAA, OSHA, and all state/federal regulations CNA licensure not required Good verbal and written communication skills with sound professional judgment CPR and First Aid certification (training can be provided by the facility) Ability to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Ability to assist with resident evacuation during emergencies Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, perform overhead lifting, and complete other physical tasks required for the role Training & Growth Opportunities We proudly offer onsite training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) .
