Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards, reporting issues promptly for resolution Adhere to industrial cleaning standards when handling specialized tasks or equipment for larger-scale cleaning projects Support housekeeping management by assisting with inventory control, training new team members, and maintaining detailed logs of completed tasks Skills Proven experience in cleaning in hotel environment Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning Prior hotel or hospitality experience highly preferred; familiarity with guest service standards is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report maintenance issues clearly Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into welcoming retreats!
