Hiring Agency General Government Cabinet | Department of Veterans Affairs Location 926 Veterans Drive Hanson, KY 42413 USA Description The Joseph "Eddie" Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center is a 156-bed long term care facility located in beautiful Hanson, Kentucky that is committed to serving Kentucky's Veterans by fostering independence, preserving dignity and providing compassionate care. We are currently seeking a self- motivated, energetic Housekeepers to perform the following: Maintain a clean, safe, orderly, comfortable, sanitary attractive environment. Maintain records of maintenance and cleaning of assigned areas and supply usage. Other housekeeping duties as needed such as cleaning and maintaining floors.- This position, in Hopkins county has an approved Locality Premium of $7.89 in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034 Section 9(1).
- This job classification is approved for the following shift premiums, in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034 Section 9(2), which are applied to the base salary 15% on top of base pay for all hours worked on second and third shifts and 25% on top of base pay for all hours worked on a holiday or weekend.
