Overview We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning duties in guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and replenishing supplies. Use appropriate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health and safety regulations, including bathrooms, kitchens, and public spaces. Vacuum carpets and upholstery thoroughly to remove dirt and debris. Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping needs with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other public areas to uphold the hotel's appearance. Follow established safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
