Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of common areas and facilities according to established standards and training. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and cleanliness. Restock supplies such as toiletries, staff supplies, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for staff needs. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Collaborate with team members and management to uphold high standards of hospitality, accountability, and cleanliness. Must be able to thoroughly and effectively communicate with team members and management. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping. Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen (mandatory). Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Previous custodial or housekeeping experience. Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently within a team environment. Keep safety in mind at all times. Must be able to work full shifts. Monday through Friday. 40 Hours per week. Evening Shift consist of 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. Shift hours may vary on Fridays.
