Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all duties are completed within designated timeframes. Conduct floor care, including sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed. Maintain cleanliness in both residential and commercial settings, adhering to established standards of hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Assist with laundry services when required, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Experience in hotel or residential cleaning environments is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper sanitation methods and cleaning techniques is essential.
