Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas while ensuring that all laundry services are performed to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute significantly to our guests' overall experience. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques. Perform dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met before guest check-in. Restock supplies in guest rooms and laundry facilities as necessary. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including proper sorting of items for washing. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning duties. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
