Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents Handle various cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitation of surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Manage the safe handling and storage of chemical agents in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) and hotel safety protocols Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workflow Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Ensure compliance with hotel housekeeping management policies and janitorial best practices Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial cleaning environments Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, floor care products, and sanitation standards specific to hotels Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and extractors effectively Familiarity with chemical handling procedures and safety data sheets (SDS) to ensure safe use of cleaning agents Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, manual handling, and performing repetitive tasks Understanding of hotel emergency procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe environment Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality by ensuring every space is spotless, safe, and welcoming.
