Responsibilities Perform residential, short-term rental, hospitality, and commercial cleaning. Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, common areas, and other assigned areas. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, remove trash, and complete other cleaning duties. Follow Britesol cleaning standards, checklists, and property-specific instructions. Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment. Follow appropriate sanitation and cross-contamination procedures. Complete a final quality check before leaving each property. Identify and report property damage, maintenance concerns, missing supplies, or other issues. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Participate in training and apply feedback to future work. Qualifications Dependable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation to and between job locations. Ability to perform the physical duties associated with professional cleaning. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and respectful when working inside customer homes and properties. Smartphone access for scheduling and work-related communication. Willingness to work occasional weekends based on customer and short-term rental schedules. Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
