Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation across residential properties. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools efficiently and safely. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Handle manual lifting of furniture, appliances, and heavy cleaning supplies with proper technique to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways. Communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or requests to ensure satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures. Familiarity with various cleaning detergents and chemicals used for different surfaces and sanitation purposes. Experience in floor cleaning techniques such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, and floor care maintenance. Knowledge of laundry processes including stain removal and fabric care. Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor furniture.
