Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Laundry Worker to join our team at an award-winning upscale property. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be reliable. Previous housekeeping / laundry experience a must. Background check required. We're looking for someone who cares about cleanliness, enjoys working in a serene setting, and values being part of a dedicated team. This is a part time and seasonal position. Up to 5 days a week during the busy months. Fewer days per week as we get into November and closer to the December closing of the inn. Hours are 8 am - 3 pm. Housekeeper / Laundry

Worker Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Assist with Laundry and kitchen clean-up, on occasion. Ensure all linens and towels are clean, organized, and properly stocked. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and floor care. Clean and dry daily laundry for our boutique inn including bed linens, towels, and more. This will take up the bulk of your working day. Ensure all linens and towels are clean, organized, and properly stocked. Maintain inventory of laundry supplies, ensuring they are used efficiently. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping is a must. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage time efficiently. Background check is required.
