What You'll Do Our team provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including: Weekly, Bi-Weekly & Monthly Cleaning Services Dusting furniture, shelves, and surfaces Vacuuming carpets and rugs Sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning kitchens and sanitizing countertops Cleaning inside/outside of microwave Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Emptying trash and replacing liners General tidying and organization Deep Cleaning Services Thorough scrubbing of kitchens and bathrooms Detailed cleaning behind and underneath furniture (when accessible) Deep dusting of hard-to-reach areas Interior appliance cleaning Detailed floor care and grout cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning tasks Post construction cleaning tasks Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Turnover Services Prepare properties for incoming guests on tight timelines Change and make beds with fresh linens Launder and restock towels and linens Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, paper products, coffee, and other amenities Check for damage, maintenance issues, or missing items and report findings Ensure the property meets company cleanliness and presentation standards Stage rooms and straighten décor to create a welcoming guest experience Empty trash and remove any leftover guest items as directed Perform final walkthroughs to ensure the property is guest-ready Requirements Friendly and professional attitude Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Must speak English Must provide reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks Benefits Competitive hourly pay Weekly pay Mileage reimbursement Employees keep 100% of tips!
