Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling protocols Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and maintain floor care standards across all areas Manage janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment efficiently to ensure operational readiness Follow hotel emergency procedures and sanitation standards to uphold health and safety regulations Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or supplies as needed for room turnover or maintenance requests Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and chemical agent handling Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers effectively Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management systems and hospitality standards Excellent manual handling skills with an emphasis on safety during heavy lifting or repetitive tasks Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards guests and team members Understanding of hotel emergency procedures, safety data sheets (SDS), and chemical handling protocols Join us in creating a pristine environment where guests feel valued and cared for!
