As a Turndown Attendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you play an important role in creating a relaxing and welcoming evening experience for our guests. Through thoughtful touches, attention to detail, and exceptional care, you help transform guest rooms into a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind and recharge. Turndown Attendants are responsible for refreshing occupied guest rooms during the evening to ensure they are clean, inviting, and ready for a restful night. They anticipate guest needs while delivering personalized service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.Responsibilities include:
Refreshing occupied guest rooms during evening service. Turning down beds and preparing rooms for nighttime comfort. Replenishing towels, toiletries, bottled water, and other guest amenities. Emptying trash and removing used glassware, dishes, or linens as needed. Tidying bathrooms and refreshing high-touch areas. Straightening furniture, curtains, and guest belongings without disturbing personal items. Ensuring lighting, temperature, and room presentation create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests. Reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items. Communicating room status updates with supervisors and the housekeeping team. Restocking carts and supplies at the end of each shift. Following all brand standards and safety procedures while providing exceptional guest service.Job Requirements:
