Our growing team includes:

12+ dedicated staff members 3 Team Leads A Field Director A hands-on Owner/Operator who works alongside the team We believe leadership happens in the field, not behind a desk . Each team typically cleans 2-4 homes per day , and with 100+ active clients and growing , we are committed to delivering exceptional service and attention to detail in every home. What You'll Do as a Team Lead ✔ Lead a small cleaning team in residential homes ✔ Ensure homes are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently ✔ Set the pace and example for your team ✔ Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail ✔ Communicate with team members and leadership ✔ Help create a positive and productive team environment Why Our Team Loves Working Here Paid Training We provide hands-on, on-the-job training to teach our deep cleaning techniques. Starting at $16.00+ per hour depending on experience After a 60-day probationary period , performance will be reviewed with the opportunity for additional advancement within the company . Our Interview Process We keep our hiring process simple and practical: Step 1: Brief phone interview Step 2: Paid working interview During the working interview, you will clean two homes with our team from 9:00 AM

•12:00 PM .
