Job Overview SOS Cleaning LLC is now hiring full-time and part-time House Cleaners to serve the Metro Detroit area . We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, A-level cleaners who take pride in their work and consistently deliver high-quality results. Please be respectful of eachothers time, serious inquires only. At SOS Cleaning, we handle all advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing , so you can focus solely on cleaning. We provide all cleaning supplies , along with workers' compensation and insurance . This is a W2 position, and candidates must be able to work independently while maintaining professional standards at all times. To be successful on our team, you must : Show up on time, every time Communicate clearly and professionally Treat clients with respect and professionalism Maintain strict boundaries and limit personal conversations with clients Have a strong eye for detail and consistency If you enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Make beds and complete light organizing as needed Follow SOS Cleaning standards and checklists Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards Complete custodial and housekeeping tasks efficiently Qualifications Minimum 2 years of paid experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning Strong knowledge of professional cleaning and sanitation practices Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and equipment Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and professionally Requirements English (Required) Valid Driver's License (Required) Reliable transportation
