In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently. Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, dusting surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and dining areas to uphold hotel standards. Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities and operate cleaning equipment responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation. Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
