Handle chemical agents safely by adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures. Use industrial cleaning tools and equipment to ensure floors are spotless through floor care techniques like sweeping, mopping, and polishing. Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving furniture or cleaning supplies while following manual handling safety protocols. Follow hotel emergency procedures and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations and guest safety at all times. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or cleaning needs with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial work with knowledge of industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with floor cleaning techniques including floor care, vacuuming, and the use of cleaning equipment. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Strong manual handling skills for heavy lifting and moving furniture or supplies efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests and team members. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping management practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to follow detailed instructions related to sanitation standards, safety procedures, and hotel emergency protocols.
