Schedule:

This is a part-time position with consistent assigned workdays each week—for example, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Averaging 20 hours a week. The specific days will be established based on your availability and our scheduling needs. On your assigned workdays, you must have flexible daytime availability between 8am-5:30pm, as your start/end times and scheduled jobs may vary based on our client schedule.

Vehicle:

You will drive your own insured vehicle for work (valid license + proof of insurance + good driving record required).

Responsibilities:

Performing thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other high-touch areas. Emptying trash and properly disposing of waste. Providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences professionally and courteously. Following company cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure high-quality service. Handling and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies properly. Restocking supplies as needed and notifying management of low inventory. Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damages within client homes. Adhering to all company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Deep Clean Specialist:

Leads a small team by organizing tasks, communicating effectively, providing guidance, and making informed decisions. Ensures quality standards are met and manages supplies and equipment to maintain efficiency and excellence.

Trainer :

Responsible for training new hires, developing and refining training materials and methods, and assisting in improving cleaning techniques across the team to ensure consistency and quality.
