Job Summary Join our team as a Housekeeper and play an important l role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment our guests. In this high energy position, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in public and private spaces. We are looking for individuals with attention to detail, a team oriented attitude, and customer service skills that will ensure every space is clean, organized, and inviting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and equipment Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and maintaining hygiene protocols Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures such as refrigerators, sinks, and toilets Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Knowledge of IHG cleaning procedures is highly valued Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Basic understanding of laundry processes and stain removal techniques Experience with hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management is a plus
