In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your efforts will directly enhance the guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels comfortable and valued from check-in to check-out. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards. Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and lobbies. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells. Use janitorial equipment and cleaning products effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Support housekeeping management with inventory control and organization of cleaning supplies. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.
