Clients invite us into their homes because they trust MIG, and when we connect you to a home, that trust rides with you. You are the face of MIG in that home. Our clients are not numbers to us, and they will never be numbers to you.

When you accept a clean, it happens. On time, checklist top to bottom, finished so well the client never has to call. Do that consistently and clients request you by name, your regulars become your route, and pay increases, bonuses, and first pick of new homes follow. Real emergencies happen to everyone. Professionals give notice the moment they know, so their clients are taken care of. Silence and no-shows are the one thing we cannot work with. Professional cleaning experience strongly preferred, 2+ years is ideal. What is non-negotiable is reliability.
