About the Role We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, all-hands-on-deck team member to help execute flawless events. This is a physical, fast-paced, behind-the-scenes role — you're the person who makes sure everything is set, running smoothly, and broken down properly, no matter what it takes. What You'll Do Set up and break down events, including tables, chairs, linens, floral installations, and décor Move and arrange furniture and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Prep event spaces ahead of time, ensuring everything is in place and ready to go Organize and maintain the warehouse, including inventory of event supplies, furniture, and materials Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies to and from event sites as needed Assist florists and event staff with whatever tasks are needed to bring events to life Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, hauling, and light maintenance as needed Respond quickly and flexibly to last-minute changes or requests during events Maintain a safe, organized work environment throughout setup, service, and breakdown Represent the shoppe and Darin. with a positive, can-do attitude, even during long or demanding shifts What We're Looking For Willingness and ability to do physical labor, including lifting heavy items (50+ lbs) and standing/moving for extended periods Strong work ethic and a flexible, "whatever it takes" attitude Reliability and punctuality — this role is critical to event success Comfort working long, irregular hours including nights and weekends Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in event setup, warehouse work, moving, or similar physical labor preferred but not required Valid driver's license preferred (for transporting equipment/supplies, if applicable) Schedule On-call, as-needed basis Nights and weekends required Long hours and increased shifts likely during peak wedding and event seasons

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
