Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services, including cleaning, laundry, floor care, and surface sanitation, to create a welcoming environment for clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and customer service skills will contribute to delivering an outstanding experience for our residents and guests. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and effectively in accordance with safety guidelines Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying floor polish or treatments as needed Use specialized cleaning equipment for tasks like carpet cleaning or outdoor surface maintenance to enhance cleanliness and appearance Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services while ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and surface sanitation methods Previous experience with janitorial or custodial roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where residents feel valued and cared for.
