Job Summary Join our charming boutique inn on our housekeeping team and become a vital part of creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. In this part-time role, great for moms with kids in school, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your attention to detail and dedication will ensure every guest experiences comfort and cleanliness during their stay. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness. Maintain public areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by ensuring they are spotless, and inviting. Follow safety protocols by understanding and adhering to safety data sheets (SDS), proper chemical handling procedures, and hotel emergency procedures. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to linen supplies, cleaning equipment, or trash disposal while practicing manual handling safety techniques. Support hotel housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure smooth operations. Experience Prior housekeeping experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred, but we can train. Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively across various surfaces such as floors and upholstery. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with guests or team members when appropriate. Pay:
$17.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
