Monday
  • Friday 8:00am
  • 5:00 pm The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining all apartment community's common areas and other non-tenant occupied interior areas in an orderly, safe, and sanitary condition.
The Housekeeper is expected to promote a clean, healthy environment for our residents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
includes but is not limited to:
  • Assists and follows directions from the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Make ready apartments between residents; remove trash, clean appliances, bathrooms, closets, fixtures, mirrors, cupboards and counters, sweep, mop and vacuum in preparation for final inspection prior to new residents.
  • Clean non-occupied common area hallways, clubhouse building, restrooms, corridors, conference rooms, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
  • Clean rugs, carpets, hardwood floors, vinyl flooring, etc.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
  • Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Dust window blinds.
  • Utilizing personal protective equipment such as masks and/or gloves while working with chemicals, trash and other job functions.
  • Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and be dependable for full-time employment.
Pay:
$16.00
