Responsibilities:

Perform thorough move-out and turnover cleanings for residential rentals and commercial properties. Deep clean key focus areas, including kitchens (inside ovens and fridges), bathrooms, living spaces, baseboards, and floors. Conduct quick arrival inspection and snap 3-4 "Before" photos on the app prior to starting. Complete final quality walkthrough, snap "After" photos, and ensure the property is locked and secure upon departure.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential cleaning, deep cleaning, or move-out turnovers. Must have your own professional cleaning equipment and chemical supplies. Must carry (or be willing to obtain) active General Liability Insurance. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Smartphone with data capability to use our provider app for job dispatches, photo uploads, and check-ins. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
