Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces with proper sanitation techniques. Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing items efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells through sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, and pressure washing when needed. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while adhering to infection control protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines. Conduct floor care activities including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Assist with custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning tools are maintained in excellent condition. Requirements Proven custodial or janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during cleaning routines or moving supplies. Experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care techniques is highly desirable. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and infection control practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, pressure washers, and chemical handling procedures. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
