This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalized care. Must work independently without any supervision on one
• a•one basis.

Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Assist clients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring as necessary. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized, support with light housekeeping. Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. Qualifications Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Must pass a Department of Human Services State of Minnesota background check study.
