Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Goodhue Living . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our building, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Position Details:

Friday Flexible Schedule Wage:

$17/hour Duties Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Cleaning of common space bathrooms Replace towels, and replenish toiletries as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns in a timely manner. Assist with apartment turns, painting, deep cleaning and sanitizing. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment. Familiarity with floor care practices including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of janitorial practices for both residential and industrial settings is an advantage. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
