Experienced Welder/Fabricator O'Reilly Fabrication & Welding Services - Goodhue, MN Looking for the right person—not just another employee. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to solve problems, develop your skills, and take pride in what you build. We're looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator who enjoys a challenge, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of a team where quality comes first. Our work includes both shop fabrication and on-site installation, so no two days are the same. Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Measure, fit, and assemble fabricated components. Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Complete projects in both the shop and at customer job sites. Produce quality work with pride and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and work independently. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Dependable with excellent attendance. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in both shop and field environments. Why Join O'Reilly Fabrication & Welding Services?
