Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments throughout the hotels interior and exterior. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning. Manage laundry tasks, ensuring linens and other items are cleaned and presented properly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and guest room ensuring all surfaces are sanitized, that beds are made to brand standards and all ammenities are stocked and ready. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning roles, including residential cleaning, custodial experience, or hotel experience is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests and address their needs effectively. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
