Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, Showers, countertops, and appliances
• Dust and wipe down furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Launder and change bed linens
• Serving above and beyond service, with full detail. No cutting corners on tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Housecleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided Strong attention to quality and detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work hard and stay motivated Willingness to learn and grow within the company Good communication skills for professional client interactions Ability to lift equipment or small furniture comfortably Dependable transportation; a company vehicle may be available but personal backup transportation is preferred

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel between job sites.

A company car may be available, but having your own vehicle as a backup is preferred.

Skills:

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and strong chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within allotted timeframes
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Able to lift items comfortably such as equipment and small furniture.
