Property Caretaker for Luxury Apartment Community We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Caretaker . The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our future and current residents' living spaces and the building's common areas. This includes light maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our reputation for excellence. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Common Areas & Amenities:

Clean and maintain community rooms, pool and spa areas, outdoor patios and grilling stations, fitness centers, saunas, and guest suites

Vacant Apartments:

Conduct thorough cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents

Carpet Care:

Shampoo carpets using company-provided equipment to ensure a pristine appearance

Supplies Management:

Oversee cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are well-stocked

Exterior Maintenance:

Keep exterior walkways and landscaped areas clean and presentable

Snow/Ice Care:

Assist with snow and ice management to maintain safe access to building entries

Deep Cleaning:

Perform deep cleaning tasks on a periodic basis to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness

Event Assistance:

Support the property management team during resident events as needed

Light Maintenance:

Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, furnace filters, and replacing batteries

Flexibility:

Occasionally provide support at other locations as required Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and professional communication with residents, vendors, and team members Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic Physically capable of lifting 25 pounds and being on your feet for extended periods of time Preferred Qualifications Experience in cleaning or housekeeping Why Join Us?
