Duties:

Provide home cleaning services for clients Cleaning Move-Out/Move-In, Deep, Standard, Recurring, and One-Time cleanings Clean kitchens and bathrooms, scrub sinks, wipe baseboards, dust and wipe blinds and shutters, remove cobwebs, and sweep and mop floors, among other tasks Work independently or with a partner on daily cleaning jobs

Requirements:

Residential Cleaning Experience (2) years Minimum Must have your Very Own Reliable Vehicle Must have a valid driver's license Must have a Smart Phone Must have you own cleaning supplies and equipment

IMPORTANT NOTES

This is a 1099 independent contractor position You are not an employee and will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year for tax purposes Contractors are responsible for their own insurance and tax obligations

Pay:
