Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facility and resident laundry. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment will contribute significantly to our guests' overall experience. Responsibilities Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established procedures. Handle laundry services, ensuring garments are treated with care and returned promptly. Maintain cleanliness in laundry areas, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow all safety protocols and health regulations while performing duties. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen stock. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals. Ability to operate laundry machines and dry cleaning equipment effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
