Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces. Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain organized schedules through effective time management to ensure timely completion of all cleaning appointments. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and surface sanitation. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and outdoor work experience is a plus. Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with the ability to implement them efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
