Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of vacation rental homes, condos, and residential properties Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies Inspect properties for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and damages Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Ensure properties are guest-ready before check-in times Report maintenance concerns or inventory shortages promptly Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, hotel cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, or residential cleaning preferred - Not Required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation required Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts Weekend availability preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Work With Us?
