About us C.I.R. Management, LLC (operations company for the Country Inn Resort of MO) is a small family owned business in Center, MO near Mark Twain Lake. We are an established hotel in search of a professional, supportive, customer-centric team member and our goal is to hire a someone to provide housekeeping tasks and other additional unit/resort property support to hotel owner. Our work environment includes 30 all ground floor units that provide the following listed below: Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Bonus Incentive Plan Flexible working hours Safe work environment Growth opportunities We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility, as well as light laundry and linen services. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and in a team environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all areas of the motel. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all areas of the guest rooms. Some light load laundry, and change linens. Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces. Dispose of trash in a timely manner. Assist owners with various other projects on the resort Maintain a safe and clean environment.
