We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clubroom Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our Clubroom. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Duties:
- Prepare and serve our patrons beverages
- Clean and maintain Clubroom
- Cash handling
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Minor secretarial work
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the well-being of guests
Skills:
- Strong public speaking skills for providing information to guests
- Cash handling experience is beneficial
- Excellent hospitality skills, including conflict management and customer service We offer competitive pay rates and great flexibility.
