Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clubroom Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our Clubroom. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve our patrons beverages
• Clean and maintain Clubroom
• Cash handling
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Minor secretarial work
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the well-being of guests

Skills:

• Strong public speaking skills for providing information to guests
• Cash handling experience is beneficial
• Excellent hospitality skills, including conflict management and customer service We offer competitive pay rates and great flexibility.
