Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, floor cleaning, kitchen, bathrooms, door knobs, light switch plates, etc. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, brooms and mops with manual handling safety in mind Use appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies to clean surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas (they will be provided) Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning tools and equipment; perform routine maintenance and safety checks Communicate effectively with the team leader to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction through excellent customer service Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes (we work smarter not harder) Handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans or outdoor work projects (team work makes the dream work) Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to custodial work, janitorial procedures(gloves are required, face and shoe coverings are optional) Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, is preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks effectively, bending over, getting in hard to reach areas Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Join our team as a Housekeeping Cleaner where your attention to detail makes a difference!
