Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and ensure a hygienic environment. Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting, moving furniture or supplies, and outdoor work as needed. Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to meet client expectations. Communicate professionally with residents and staff to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor cleaning, carpet care, surface sanitation, and outdoor maintenance. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and safety protocols related to manual handling and sanitation procedures. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for resident interaction and team collaboration. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Previous outdoor work experience is a plus; certification in cleaning or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required.
