Requirements:
No education requirement; No experience required. On the job training provided. While performing duties, must stand, walk; handle or feel objects, tools, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk, hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and sometimes lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must exert physical effort in being able to clean several rooms or areas per shift.
Wage & Overtime:
Wage is $20.61 per hour. Overtime may be available but not guaranteed. Employer may increase wage based on experience and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime wage is $30.92 per hour. Workers will be paid biweekly. Employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages due.

Hours:
Minimum 35 hours per week guaranteed. Will work varied eight-hour shifts Monday - Sunday, may be scheduled 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Hours and shifts may vary due to occupancy. Days off will vary based on need. Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed.
Duties:
Cleaning and resetting guest bedroom, bathroom, and public areas; changing linens; making beds; conducting turndown service in the evenings; organizing collateral on tables; straightening furniture; cleaning; dusting and vacuuming of rooms and public areas; emptying trash; stocking satellite closets; providing and retrieving linen supplies; being courteous and helpful to Hotel guests, including reporting any guest requests or preferences; transporting dirty linen to storage for truck pick up; clearing snow from guest room balconies and other outdoor areas (some of our guest rooms have balconies, which sometimes accumulate snow in the winter season. In such cases, and only where the Engineering Department does not at first assist, Housekeepers use a shovel to clear the snow from the balcony. No other snow removal is required outside of guest balconies.
