Cleaning Specialist Royal Gold Signature Cleaning LLC is a cleaning company built on hard work, trust, and taking pride in what we do. Job Summary As a Cleaning Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services while representing Royal Gold Signature Cleaning in a professional, friendly, and trustworthy manner. You'll travel to clients' homes, complete cleaning services according to company standards, and help create the kind of experience that makes clients excited to have us back.

Schedule:

Approximately 7:30 AM-4:15

PM Pay:

$20/hour during initial training, increasing to $30/hour after successful completion of training

Full-Time Duties & Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards and checklists Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces Clean and maintain high-touch areas Make beds and straighten/tidy designated areas as requested Safely use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Protect clients' belongings and respect their homes and privacy Communicate professionally and kindly with clients Complete assigned homes efficiently while maintaining quality Report maintenance issues, damage, missing supplies, or other concerns to management Restock and properly care for company cleaning supplies and equipment Work independently while also being a supportive team member Participate in occasional door-hanging/marketing efforts as assigned Maintain a dependable attendance and punctuality record Represent Royal Gold Signature Cleaning with professionalism, positivity, and respect What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and consistently shows up when scheduled Hardworking and takes pride in their work Detail-oriented—you notice the little things Comfortable working on your feet and staying active throughout the day Able to work independently without needing constant supervision Friendly, respectful, and comfortable interacting with clients Trustworthy and respectful of people's homes and belongings Coachable and willing to learn our cleaning standards Able to follow checklists and instructions Organized and able to manage time effectively Comfortable working in different homes and environments A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Comfortable with occasional door-hanging and other local marketing activities Required Qualifications Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Active auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning Ability to consistently work the scheduled hours Strong communication and customer-service skills Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required We can teach you how we clean. What we can't teach is reliability, honesty, a good attitude, and pride in your work.
